The traditional Omani architecture sets the grid for our design. As we abstract the past into lines, we approach it from a modern view. The building opens internally cultivating a comfortable environment. The cubic volumes result in a chaotic yet rythmic and dynamic movement with walkable bridges and terraces. The project’s heart is empty of functions, permitting the building to breathe; instead, offices circle around the Oasis that is distributed vertically among the floors.
