At Engineering Services Group (ESG), our story began in 1995 in Australia, founded by Dr. Anthony S. Hasham with a simple yet powerful vision: to provide exceptional engineering services that make a lasting difference. We are more than just a company; we are a team of passionate professionals dedicated to designing and delivering projects that stand the test of time. Dr. Carla Chaghoury

Administrative et Financier

With over 28 years of corporate leadership, Dr. Carla thrives on challenges with a persistent and ambitious approach. Serving as the Founder and Managing Director of Fish & Dolphin Corporation since 2020, she oversees consulting, engineering, and real estate ventures with a team of over eighty professionals. Beyond her corporate roles, she holds key positions in international and local organizations, contributing to various boards and committees. Her extensive educational background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration, an Executive MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Economics.

Dr. Elie Otayek

Structural Engineering

Holding a Ph.D & masters in Civil, Structural Engineering and Construction Management, from Concordia University and Lebanese University, holding over 25 years of experience in designing and managing construction projects across Lebanon, Canada, Australia, and the Gulf Region.
Dr. Otayek is an active member of professional organizations, including ,OIQ (Ordre des ingenieurs, Quebec, Canada), PEO ( Professional Engineers Ontario, Canada) EGBC (British Columbia, Canada), Engineers Australia (CPEng, NER, APEC, IntPE), and OEA ( Order of Engineers and Architects, Lebanon), and contributing significantly to academic committees, conference sessions, and accreditation processes.

Georges Bou Chaaya

civil engineer

A civil engineer with a DEA in building structures, as well Master in Project Management from the University of Sherbrooke; he is a member of the OIQ. With over 20 years of experience in construction worldwide and more than 15 years as a seasoned real estate investor, he is passionate about innovation and value creation through ambitious projects and enterprises. He has a deep understanding of entrepreneurship and construction standards. As a co-founder of multiple companies, he has been driving dynamic residential, commercial, and industrial projects for years, building a track record of success and a strong ability to tackle challenges.

Reine Gereige

chemist

A chemist with a master’s degree and an MBA, is a member of the OCQ. She has over 10 years of experience as the founder and director of two “PME”. A multidisciplinary entrepreneur with extensive expertise in business management, she has also been a real estate investor for over 15 years. Passionate about environmental issues and optimizing living spaces in harmony with nature, she is the co-founder of several companies dedicated to creating modern living environments that cater to contemporary tastes and needs.

DR. Anthony Hasham

Technical Advisor

With over 30 years of engineering experience, Dr. Hasham has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various domains. Among them are Project Management, Development Management in Structural, Post-Tension, Civil/ Stormwater, Building Services, Temporary and Remedial Works; all of which are a testament to his overall success.
